Been so long since our last post. It's starting to become a rutine, we know, and we don't like that either.
So I came here today to bring you the new single from one of my favourite band. The song's been stuck in my head and on reply on my ipod. Probably most of you have already heard it, but even if you have or not, it's such a great tune (and Adam is so fit!). Enjoy!
This is so unacceptable, we know. We haven't been around in two months, plus we haven't uploaded yet the pics we promised from The Brandery. We have been so busy with University and other million things such as our unpredictable life. But here we are now, so, hope you like the few pics!
Last week was Barcelona Fashion Week so 080 catwalk and The Barndery took place at our city. As you all know, E and I were to The Brandery on Saturday. It was a bit of a cloudy day (which we didn't complain about, given the fact that it looked so British) but it was incredible. The fashion atmosphere was amazing and it was very inspirational.
We got to know a few cool brands that were new for us, got inspired and were in the front row of the Mini catwalk!
We took some pictures which we will upload very soon so you all can feel the fashion vibe!
This week is Madrid Fashion Week, is any of you going? We wish we could!
We wanted to take some time to talk about the fashion event. It's The Brandery Winter edition that's going to take place this weekend starting friday 27th and ending sunday 29th in the "Fira de Barcelona".
This is something M and I have been really looking forward as it's gonna have numerous catwalks, tradeshows, concerts (yes, music too) and some scheduled activities you can take part in such as creating or approaching your own style.
If you have the chance and money (it's not expensive but you still have to pay about 15€) it could be a great experience to get in touch with the new trends and why not, get your own ideas or get inspired!
Hi there! So this is our second post here... We didn't quite know what to write about first, but since the blog is called "British vibes" we thought we could spread some good (and British) vibes.
So you could have guessed it, this post's about music, just because music keeps us going. Because when words fail, music speaks. Because people haven't always been there for us, but music has.
We wanted to show you one of our favourite songs at the moment. It's called Bright lights (Good life part II) by Pixie Lott (one of our favourite singers, trendsetters and a very inspirational girl).
We encourage you all to listen to this song because it has the power to make you feel like you can do anything, and make you dream big, and that is what life is about.
It brings a plus of good vibes with its hip hop-soul beat and can really change your vision about life so... why don't you have a listen?

So basically this is going to be a blog about anything we feel it's worth being here. The place where we can mess around and share our thoughts about ideas that randomly come to our mind, a new song we discovered or an outfit that deserves a post. Who knows, maybe even recipes.
We're two spanish girls who live in Barcelona, Mireia and Elena. We're both 19 and we're in love with music, fashion and britain (just in case you were wondering how we came up with the name of the blog, actually M came up with it). We're not experts in fashion neither music, but we love it and we enjoy trying new things and making them our own. We're open to suggestions and crazy ideas.
